Hi I’m Marie!

As a birth and postpartum doula, lactation counselor and OMP Educator, I am here to nurture and care for you during what may feel like a daunting and vulnerable time.

My passion is taking mothers from fearful about labor and birth to excited and confident in the power and strength from within their own body! I want to provide you with the tools you need to guide you in having the birth experience you want.

Before embarking on my journey of birth work, I had the honor of supporting many friends’ births, and I also birthed my own daughter, alongside my supportive husband. Despite the challenges I faced and conquered during her birth, it was the most empowering experience of my life and changed me forever. I am truly in awe of what our body is capable of! However, it also made me want to understand what needs to happen during labor and what could be done to have a shorter, easier and more relaxed birth. I finally found OMP and it was like a lightbulb went off in my head! I want to share what I have learned with you too!
