One-A-Day Stretches

Whilst everyone has a personal physical history and anatomy make-up, we highly encourage pregnant mothers to work with various bodyworkers who can customise the mother’s care to her needs for alignment within the pelvis and these would usually follow suit with daily stretches and exercises that can help complement and strengthen the soft tissues to support the pelvis to be in alignment in preparation for labor and birth.

These will compliment the OMP Pelvic Alignment Protocols you have learned and when working with a body worker that truly understands the pregnant body, they will support the preparation of her body for pregnancy, labor and birth.

The may include yet not limited to:

  • Pilates

  • Yoga

  • Chiropractic care

  • Pregnancy Massage

  • Swimming

  • Low-impact aerobics

  • Body work
