Meet Ginny Phang-Davey (Chief Proprietor of Possibilities, and OMP Orchestrator)
She laughs, she cries, she’s serious when she needs to be and will fiercely protect the rights of women in their birth desire’s. When not attending births and supporting women as Chief Doula of Four Trimesters alongside her wonderful Ginny’s Angels doula team in Singapore, working alongside an obstetrician at A company for Women , running Singapore’s only birth sanctuary, sharing all things Optimal Maternal Positioning in workshops around the world…….she spends her spare time….. SLEEPING!!!
Just kidding. Ginny Loves Birth. What she loves more is seeing women grow through the experience of birth and truly own their innate wisdom to be the women they were born to be. Married with one grown up son, she found her calling very early in life. 19 Years on and attending over 1100+ births, she has not only experienced and learned a thing or two about pregnancy labour and birth, she has truly seen the potential women have they they didn’t yet appreciate for themselves.
When not alongside women, helping them see their true worth through vulnerability she is with her husband, grown up son and four CHOCOLATE LABRADORS. That’s right 4 you heard right!!!!! She has a chocolate addiction.

Meet Melanie Hill (Nurturer of Souls and our Happiness Hero)

When not connecting with the amazing people in the OMP community, you will find Melanie caring for others loved one’s as a community nurse. Yes that’s right, she has a medical background yet her true expertise is in Empathy and ensuring that every experience through every interaction she has, is one that naturally leaves the person feeling……. AHHHHHHHH!!!!

Meet Ryan Hill (Chief Ninjaneer)
Ryan makes things. Ryan makes EVERYTHING. In fact if there is ever something wrong with anything, he fixes it. He’s sort of like a nerd although he does a bunch of cool stuff as well. So he’s more like a closet nerd.
Remember Macgyver?? Well that’s Ryan, without the mullet type haircut. When not doing EVERYTHING technical in the back end systems to support you on your Optimal Maternal Positioning Journey, you can find him doing silly things on a motorbike or in his pride and joy Datsun of the same era he was built in.
Ryan supports you in helping YOU be able to access all the amazing information, communities and does so by building everything from websites to online courses through his “technical wizadry”.

Meet Andrew Davey (Director of Everything starting with the letter A-Z)
He knows a little bit about birth. A little bit more than your first year of secondary school, when you just watched your first sexual education video to learn where babies come from. In fact, He has attended a home birth so is technically a Doula-in-training. What he lacks in hair, Andrew makes up for in his ability to truly understand human beings and inspiring individuals to see that they are possible and they are worthy.
You will often see him at OMP workshops, behind the scenes, even answering some of your emails. He is quite the wordsmith. He wrote his wedding vowels to rhyming requests and is quite the poet and he didn’t know it. Ohhh and he’s Ginny’s Husband so what she says he also does…… PROMPTLY :o)
When not being shocked by the images that cannot be unseen from group chat messages where Ginny’s team of Doula’s often forget his presence, he likes 2 wheels with an engine attached in the middle. And of course their four beloved Chocolate Labradors. That’s right 4 you heard right!!!!! Ginny has a chocolate addiction.

Meet Kieran Phang-Davey (Associate of Absolutely everything)
Kieran designs stuff. He makes stuff look GOOOOOD! The chances are if you have seen anything online that is OMP related, the posters, images etc Kieran had his hand on the design in the background. He answers directly to the Chief Proprietor of possibilities (his mom) and works independently with the music playing at levels that can keep you toe tapping and head banging through the tasks at hand.
He’s a rockstar in design and execution and also on the Air Guitar!!!
