Hi I’m Zonna,

I'm a Nurse with a postgraduate degree in child and family health nursing, a midwife
currently working in one of Sydney’s largest tertiary hospitals and a Hypnobirthing Australia practitioner supporting women to a positive and calm birth experience.

As your labour and birth approaches you may be feeling overwhelmed and nervous however I truly believe that every woman is born with the natural instinct to birth and through Optimal Maternal Positioning I can help you achieve a shorter labour and birth by providing you and your birth partner with knowledge and tools allowing you to feel empowered, confident and prepared leading up to your birth.

A positive birth experience looks different for every woman and I want to help you achieve that positive and empowering birth experience, whatever that may be.
