Hi I’m Alice — aka The Modern Doula,

I’m a birth doula obsessed with helping women stack every controllable factor in their favour for a positive birth experience.

My approach is modern, grounded and practical — You won’t find me charging crystals under the full moon, burning sage sticks or dehydrating placentas (not that there’s anything wrong with that—it’s just not my style!)

As a certified Optimal Maternal Positioning (OMP) educator, I love working with the body, and understanding how movement, positioning and awareness can support the natural mechanics of birth.

I’m passionate about helping women feel powerful in pregnancy and proud of their birth — by giving them (and their partners!) the tools, techniques and mindset to work with their body, not against it.
